1) фин. твердое обязательство (обязательство андеррайтера ценных бумаг выкупить весь выпуск, чтобы затем разместить его на рынке; в этом случае андеррайтер не может вернуть эмитенту непроданную часть выпуска и потому принимает на себя весь риск, связанный с невозможностью полностью разместить выпуск среди инвесторов)
